As a person who works nights I usually don’t eat home-cooked dinners much. I eat a lot of soup when I work (I always get these weird looks when I mainly have cans of soups when I go grocery shopping). So even at home I’ll eat soup or occasionally eggs or a sandwich, instead of cooking. Well I recently found my favorite quick “home-cooked” dinner, and I wanted to share it with y’all.
You can find this at most grocery stores. It’s super easy to make and is so good! I add a little extra ingredient in mine when I’m cooking it.
I put some of the Bertolli Chicken Florentine & Farfalle in a skillet and begin heating it up.
Next, I add some frozen green beans to the chicken and pasta! I love green beans and this is another vegetable to add to the meal. I find that it’s more filling when I add the green beans.
After this I put the lid on the skillet and let it cook for about 10 minutes.
Ta-da! My favorite quick and easy, “home-cooked”meal! That one bag of Bertolli will last me about 4-5 meals. Not bad at all, and it fits in my grocery budget! It’s also a much welcome break from soup, haha (:
